About DeanDean moved to The Daintree Coast in 1989 after completing a certificate in photography at Sydney Technical College. Dean's interest in photography started as a youngster capturing surf   photography on Sydney's Northern beachs. After moving to The Daintree he has photographed the diversity of the Rainforest from the animals, plants, creeks, beachs and everything inbetween. Since 1998 when he met Bungie from Bungie Scott Helicopters he has been busy capturing aerial shots of the whole of  Cape York, which he  has now been put into a landscape photographic book titled 'Daintree To Cape York'.
